School-supply drive reaches 15 school districts

Stuff for Students school supplies drive moved one step closer to reaching their goal to deliver $60,000 worth of school supplies to students in need. Saturday, August 15, King Soopers, Larry H. Miller Dealerships, and 9News joined together at Volunteers of America’s Bill Daniels Veteran Services Center to sort supplies and offer donations.

In addition to delivering a truck full of supplies, during the event, Larry H. Miller Dealerships presented a $5,000 check to Volunteers of America to put towards more schools supplies. Associates at King Soopers sorted the supplies in preparation for schools picking up.
