On June 7, 2022, Utah Honor Flight will depart to Washington DC. This group will include Veterans of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War for a total of 75 Veterans. The flight is provided at no cost to the Veteran.

The send-off event will be held at the Salt Lake International Airport Tuesday June 7, 2022. Media members wishing to attend the ceremony should arrive at 5:00 a.m. at the airport 3rd level by Delta/Frontier check in.

On June 8, 2022, the Veterans and their guardians will return to a welcome-home celebration held at the Salt Lake International Airport by baggage claim. Members of the public are invited to attend the event and should arrive at the airport no later than 8:00 p.m.
