Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Avondale is Bringing Chrysler’s ‘Drive for the Kids’ Fundraiser to Canyon Breeze Elementary in Avondale

AVONDALE, Ariz. — Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Avondale will partner with parents and teachers at Canyon Breeze Elementary School for a “Drive for the Kids” fundraiser to help raise money in support of the school on Friday, October 23 from 4-7 p.m. For each test drive at Canyon Breeze Elementary, Chrysler brand will donate $10 to the school.

Parents and guests are invited to Canyon Breeze Elementary, located at 11675 W. Encanto Blvd. in Avondale, to test drive a new 2015 Town & Country, Chrysler 200 or Chrysler 300. Any licensed driver, age 18 or older, may drive and earn $10 on the school’s behalf. Larry H. Miller (LHM) Chrysler Jeep Avondale will provide 2015 model Chrysler brand vehicles, along with volunteers from the dealership, to help the school with the fundraising test drives.

“We enjoy working with our local schools and are looking forward to the opportunity to support the kids at Canyon Breeze Elementary through our ‘Drive for the Kids’ program,” said Johnny Martinez, general manager, LHM Chrysler Jeep Avondale.  “The test drive takes only a few minutes, all of the funds raised go directly to the school, and it’s a great opportunity to check out and drive the 2015 Chrysler brand family of vehicles.”

All test-drive participants will also be entered into the 2015 National Giveaway for a chance to win $45,000 toward any eligible FCA US LLC Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Ram, FIAT, or Alfa Romeo vehicle. The Chrysler brand introduced the “Drive for the Kids” program in 1993, and became the first automotive manufacturer to reach out in direct support of local schools. Since then, Chrysler dealers have worked with parents and educators across the nation to contribute more than $6 million to schools located in communities where the Chrysler brand and its dealers do business.
