Larry H. Miller Dealerships Donates $7,500 to Group Assisting Homeless Families

BOISE – Larry H. Miller Charities, the charitable arm of Larry H. Miller Dealerships (LHM Dealerships), will present a $7,500 check to Charitable Assistance to Community’s Homeless (C.A.T.C.H.) on Wednesday, August 3 at 10:45 a.m. at Larry H. Miller Honda Boise.

“C.A.T.C.H.’s mission of rehousing families with children experiencing homelessness is so important, and we’re proud to contribute to their goal of serving 60 families in 2016,” said Chad Bravender, general manager, Larry H. Miller Honda Boise.

Funding will assist homeless families in becoming established again, including providing application fees, move-in assistance, basic household items and employment assistance.

“We strive to end homelessness for families by providing them the stability of a home and the supportive care needed to address the root causes of their homeless episode,” said Wyatt Schroeder, executive director, C.A.T.C.H. “With this donation, we’ll be able to provide approximately $175 to 42 families for basic household necessities, move-in costs and to cover transportation assistance to and from jobs.”
