Larry H. Miller Dealerships Names Veronika Egginton Vice President of Digital Development

SANDY, Utah – Paul Nygaard, senior vice president of marketing for Larry H. Miller Dealerships (LHM Dealerships), today announced the appointment of Veronika Egginton as vice president of digital development and the promotions of Doug Petersen to director of search engine marketing and Taylor Christensen to director of search engine optimization.

“Veronika’s vast industry experience and her process-driven approach to digital marketing will be valuable as she leads digital strategy for our group. There are an abundance of innovative products available in the automotive industry, and having the ability to navigate, implement and track the success of these products is essential in this role,” said Nygaard. “Doug and Taylor have each proven to be strong leaders and skilled marketers and I look forward to their continued growth and leadership in their new roles.” 

Egginton will oversee the digital marketing department for the 54-store dealership group. Her responsibilities will include defining the digital strategy for each of the stores in the group and ensuring proper execution of all deliverables through her team. 

Petersen will be responsible for coordinating digital advertising vendor relationships and correlation of strategy with best practices. Christensen will oversee website optimization strategies, as well as responsibility for vendor relationships specific to search engine optimization.

Prior to LHM Dealerships, Egginton held a variety of positions with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) including area sales manager for Fiat/Alfa Romeo West Business Center, Jeep incentive and events marketing manager and digital marketing manager in Phoenix, as well as manager of digital media optimization for FCA US, LLC in Auburn Hills, Mich. She spent several years as an account manager with Microsoft focused on the Ford Motor Company and General Motors accounts and also managed accounts including Lufthansa, Red Bull and Citibank, for the WPP Group in both their Dearborn, Mich., and Frankfurt, Germany, offices. Egginton attended the Ludwig Erhard Business School in Karlsruhe, Germany, and the German Academy of Direct Marketing in Frankfurt.

Petersen previously served as digital marketing manager for LHM Dealerships where he oversaw digital spends and marketing strategies for 17 dealerships in Utah. Prior to LHM Dealerships, he held a variety of management positions with Ken Garff Automotive Group. Petersen graduated from Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.

Christensen also previously served as digital marketing manager with LHM Dealerships where he provided SEO and SEM strategy and services for dealerships in the Colorado and New Mexico markets.  Prior to joining the group, he was a digital media manager with Ken Garff Automotive Group and a marketing analyst for Eagle Gate College. Christensen graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing.
