SALT LAKE CITY – Bryant Henrie, president of Prestige Financial Services, Inc. (Prestige) and Total Care Auto Powered by Landcar (TCA), today announced a groundbreaking ceremony at the site of the finance and insurance companies’ new office building in Draper, Utah. The growing finance and insurance companies are part of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies (LHM Group). The event will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 6 and will feature a ceremonial turning of dirt and comments by representatives from Prestige, TCA, the LHM Group and Draper City.

“This new facility will allow the employees of Prestige and TCA to collaborate even more effectively in delivering automotive finance solutions and insurance products to dealerships and customers across the country,” said Henrie. “Our commitment to providing an exemplary experience for our customers and our employees has never been stronger.”

The 136,524-square-foot office building is one of only a few four-story concrete tilt-up buildings in Utah. Located on eight acres on the southwest corner of 11400 South and Lone Peak Parkway, the facility will include energy-efficient HVAC systems and LED lighting throughout. It will feature work areas and office space for more than 800 employees, as well as an exercise room, a gaming room, a quiet room and a barista stand.

The estimated completion date for the office building is spring 2017.
