SANDY, UTAH – Megaplex Theatres at Jordan Commons in Sandy is celebrating a major milestone by welcoming its 25,000,000th guest on Friday, February 5, 2016. That milestone represents only the guests who have visited the Sandy location of Megaplex Theatres. Companywide, nearly 75 million guests have visited all of the 17 Megaplex locations in Utah and Nevada.
The lucky guest will be surprised with a brief ceremony and a special Megaplex Theatres prize package that includes 25 Megaplex movie passes, a 2016 MegaTub with 25 refillable popcorn vouchers, 25 Megaplex Gift Cards, and more. In all, the grand prize winner will receive more than $1,000 in Megaplex movie merchandise.

Megaplex Theatres at Jordan Commons originally opened on November 5, 1999 with 17 auditoriums. The entertainment complex was expanded in 2012 with the addition of a new VIP Theatre and two new auditoriums plus 10,000 square feet of banquet and special event space.
