SANDY, Utah – Scott Bates, president of Miller Family Real Estate (MFRE), announced the appointment of Kim Casaday as director of finance and the promotion of Brad Holmes to director of construction for MFRE, a property management and development company.

“I’m pleased to have Kim join the team at Miller Family Real Estate. Her extensive experience in financial services will contribute greatly to our organization,” said Bates. “Brad has proven himself an asset and a leader in managing complex construction projects within a dealership group that involves multiple brands and locations across seven states.”

Casaday will be responsible for providing financial and operational leadership and support to Miller Family Real Estate. She most recently served as director of finance and special projects with Larry H. Miller Management Corporation, since March 2014. Prior to the Larry H. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Westminster College and an MBA from Brigham Young University. Casaday was one of Utah Business Magazine’s Forty Under 40 in 2012.

As director of construction, Holmes will continue to oversee and facilitate all design and construction for Larry H. Miller Dealerships and properties.
