As president of Destination Homes, Bart oversees all aspects of our growing homebuilding company. Over the course of his diverse career, Bart has been tasked with numerous growth initiatives and has established himself as a natural problem-solver with an intuitive feel for every phase of business.
Working for the Larry H. Miller Company, Bart has held a variety of roles throughout the organization. He has served as COO of LHM Real Estate, President of the NBA G-League’s Salt Lake City Stars, Vice President of Marketing and Buying at Fanzz Sports Stores and Account Director for Saxton Horne Communications.
Before joining the LHM Real Estate team, Bart served as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Utah Jazz. In this role, he was responsible for the strategic vision of the Jazz brand and its ongoing marketing efforts.
Bart’s familiarity with residential construction and development comes from spending the better part of a decade working for one of Utah’s top homebuilders, Holmes Homes. There, he advanced from director/vice president of sales and marketing to vice president of land development and acquisition, finally serving as division president of the organization’s first-ever operation outside the state of Utah.
Bart enjoys playing tennis and traveling with his family. He and his wife Angela live in Daybreak, an LHM Real Estate master planned community in South Jordan, Utah.
