Jennifer Crosby

Jennifer Crosby joined the LHM Group in 2009 as a human resources generalist. Over the years, she’s served as a human resources manager, human resources director, and currently vice president of human resources for Larry H. Miller Dealerships. Jennifer’s experience comprises of business management, talent planning and acquisition, learning development, total rewards, employee and labor relations and wage and hour compliance. She works closely with Total Care Auto, Saxton Horne and LHM Dealerships management and onsite HR Representatives to ensure alignment of business needs from a human capital perspective coupled with legal compliance.

Jennifer worked as an onsite manager and human resources representative for AppleOne Employment Services and as HR operations manager for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. She earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Chapman University in Orange, California; a master’s degree in business administration from Western Governors University in Utah; a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute; and a Professional Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) certification.
